"I have worked at Presence Health since the merger of Provena Health and Resurrection Health Care. It's a high stress environment and the morale is very low. Pre-merger we were striving to retain only the best talent and hoped to be the employer of choice in our region. Post merger that culture has been replaced with more of a bottom line approach with very little regard for work/home life balance and a general lack of concern for staff."
