"Be prepared for group interviews as well as singular. The process may take a month or longer b/c the HR dept is located in MN. Hang in if your called back for 2nd interview. Dress professional. Managers like follow up to tasks, works well with others, forward thinking. Due dates are strongly important, as some projects are time sensitive. If you require more time on a project(s) notify manager immediately, do not be late with project. Great Team environment...all team players jump in to help/finish projects."
