"Worst communication. People walk all over you. Terrible benefits, might as well pay for medical out of your own pocket. Worst management I have ever encountered."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your employees needs and wants, and at least try to keep them happy. Don't have your employees work 12-15 hour shifts if you don't have too."
