"Thought I could help the company, I should have looked out for myself."
What do you like about working at Colortree of VA?
"I had a couple of people who I thought were my friends within the company. Fake smiles to keep the peace, but you pay for it later. Management are taking notes but only from a select few."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Look at the diversity on their website. They are not open minded and won't evolve. If you don't get into the it crowd when you get there, it'll be a short trip back out the door."
What don't you like about working at Colortree of VA?
"Glad I am gone. Should have ran away sooner. Looking back I wish I could have seen through the smiles and felt the daggers. They only use the good old boy way of operating. The company doesn't evolve and listen to good ideas that will help the company and it's employees growing. They hold onto the ones who stick to the old way of working."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You have far to go to catch up with the competition. Open up your mind."
What do you like about working at Image Options?
"My 6:00 am to 2:45 pm schedule. But it has been months since I have not worked 12 hour days"
What don't you like about working at Image Options?
"The excess of overtime and amount of work expected to produce."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get more help to allow the employees regular hours and to focus more on each job."

"No work after 22 years, the place is very slow, hope they turn it around for the people that are left."

"live in area so locality. enjoy co workers"

What do you like about working at Bowne & Co.?
"I was given responsibilities, independence, to run my department. My input was valued, my ideas were explored, incorporated, and adapted."
What don't you like about working at Bowne & Co.?
"Some people did not view their concept of 'team' work. They had a hard time reviewing other team members vitalness to the group.The one bad apple theory did, and eventually dragged down Bowne production."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Review waste management, both in time and materials. Stress team work goals and each individuals integrated efforts as to how it meets the big picture."

"The benefits were good."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unless you will be management or CSR, not recommended."
What don't you like about working at Keller Crescent?
"Management worked at cross purposes. Policies were enforced inconsistently. Efficiency was trending to replace quality as a priority. Tuituon reimbursement only available for front office people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reinstate the Job Scheduler position. Adhere to procedures in all cases. Listen to lower level employees about what works and what doesn't."
