"I have been working for Pfizer through premier research since 2018. Great work from home perks, in the beginning, great management. A small company in the office so you pretty much could see everyone. People are nice and very helpful, lots of knowledge to be shared. Senior leaders are very encouraging and helpful. No micromanaged, Great company to work for."
"I have been working with the company for nearly 4 years. I have seen most of the staff around me leave as the department I was in began to wind down. I was switched to a new department and constant check-ins and extremely tight timelines. There is no room for growth however the vacation time is over 4 weeks a year for newcomers."
