I also have worked as a professional firefighter for the FDNY. This combined back ground gives me the unique experience of having seen buildings in all conditions. from new building to restoration/remodeling and emergency situaitions I have experienced it all. This unique experience gives me the ability to recognize problems and /or quality construction at a more detailed level."
