"Premier Access Dental and Vision is in need of management that is more hands on and the interviewee should be very clear with the interviewer as to the expections for working remotely."
What don't you like about working at Premier Access?
"The down side of my autonomy is not having daily contact in a work environment as most other employees are located in CA."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"In my opinion, management of Premier Access nees to pay more attention to employees located in satellite offices. This company tends to be centric to the employees in the home office and forget to keep employees in satellite offices updated."

"The best thing I can say is that I was able to work from home."

"Don't!"
What don't you like about working at Premier Access?
"The company is not well known outside of California and does no advertising so it is very difficult to engender trust in the company. Neither brokers nor potential clients had ever heard of the company until I showed up. There are a multitude of well-known dental carriers in Colorado so the trust factor was a major obstacle to writing new business. Rates not that great either."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest they do more advertising in print. I would also suggest they give their sales people enough time to develop sales. I left them a little over a year ago and they've since had two more reps in my position."
