What don't you like about working at Premier Access?

"The company is not well known outside of California and does no advertising so it is very difficult to engender trust in the company. Neither brokers nor potential clients had ever heard of the company until I showed up. There are a multitude of well-known dental carriers in Colorado so the trust factor was a major obstacle to writing new business. Rates not that great either."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest they do more advertising in print. I would also suggest they give their sales people enough time to develop sales. I left them a little over a year ago and they've since had two more reps in my position."
