"After working for Preferred Medical Plan for 7 years, I left feeling like my contributions were not valued whatsoever. Although the relation with my manager was very solid, the deterioration of the company's employee motivation, incentives and advancement opportunities were on a down hill spiral. The company has been in the market for more than 40 years, offering cost-effective medical insurance plans. Deterioration started about three years ago."
