"I have been with Predictive Group for a little over 2 and a half years. This was my first role out of college and they took a chance on someone with no business acumen or background and have helped me grow both professionally and individually. I genuinely recommend this organization as a great way to start off your career. There is a lot to learn and they are unafraid of teaching. The only con I have is that the environment is a bit sink or swim. If you aren't able to pick up on the products they offer quickly, you will have a hard time succeeding. Setting goals for yourself is a must and stay in front of people if you want something done."
