They could also do a better job of promoting from within, in the end the company would be more profitable if they made better use of the years of experience and talent rather than keep hiring people with only two things, a pulse and a college degree. There is no school for investment casting, someday someone will realize this and see that profit looks better on a stock profile than average education level."
