"Great place to work with great people."
"I've worked for Pratt Industries, USA., since 2015. It is the fifth largest paper and paper products manufacturer in United States. In my opinion some of the best things about working for Pratt are the casual and collaborative culture, as well as the company's continuous quest to be as environmentally friendly and cognizant of its impact on the world. In addition to manufacturing Pratt is known for it's high number of recycling facilities throughout United States."
"I gain a lot of experience working with Pratt Inc."
"Management is racist and sexist & do not take responsibilities for their mistakes. No growth potential. Certain facilities receive preferential treatment. Customer are not top priority. In order to rectify a production or delivery issue, management will cut costs rather than deliver a quality product to the customer. Management blatantly has pet employees & blatantly acknowledges them creating a terrible work environment. Women are paid significantly less than men. No cultural sensitivity."
"I worked for Pratt Industries for over 4 years. My sales were good. I also helped other sales personnel achieve sales success. The company's overall management was lacking to say the least. Very unorganized company."
"Very informative."
