"Turning the business around and orgainizing all the departments. Making it run like a well oiled machine. Increased revenue by more than double. Updating and installing state-of-the-arit ophthalmic EHR (Electronic Health Records) practice management software."

"Only work their if you can handle the owners outbursts."
What don't you like about working at Sequoia Eye Center?
"The doctors outbursts with the patients, their family, and the staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a new doctor. I was able to turn the practice around by hiring some talented staff, but the owner (the doctor) would show up 2 hours late almost every day."

"With every job, there is a little bit stress involved. This one is no different, but you deal with it in a professional matter, knowing that you are helping people with their oral health."

"Give the managers better tools and more authority to deal with situations that arise during the work week.. Investing more time to train the Dental Assistants, so that they may perform their job better."
