"I have worked at Power for four and a half years and it has made me who I am today. Much more than a home remodeling company. Leadership/people development is what Power is all about."

"I worked for Power Home Remodeling for nearly two years in a multitude of capacities. I worked in both lead generation in residential and retail environments, as well as in-home project sales. The best part about working for Power is the culture and camaraderie shared by the employees, everyone around you genuinely wants you to excel and be the best version of yourself. Compensation and benefits are comprehensive and well above average. Certain positions are salary plus commission, some are commission only. The commission is uncapped and increases exponentially with performance due to bonuses. Upper management is very sharp and has a good relationship with employees of all tenures. The company vision is very lucid and admirable, and all employees share the same goals. A great example of how much upper management cares is the yearly paid vacation to Cancun for all employees, regardless of performance or position. The only downside about working for Power is that opportunities are limited at certain offices across the country. Specifically in Florida this is due to building code, and means that the office in Florida is more limited in products, which in turn reduces earning potential for sales reps and limits opportunity for advancement locally. Sales for Power is a very difficult but extremely rewarding position and I would recommend it to both friends and family."

"I've worked for Power Home Remodeling for a little less than 3 months. The company culture is amazing promoting growth from within and salary is truly dependent on how hard you work. The customer development role is truly a grind going door to door but no negative reviews. I did not see myself having a career there for the future, so I decided to leave, but nothing negative to say about the company."

"The company I work for is a great place to start and develops as a professional. After being with them for three years I’ve come to realize it 100% political to get to the top. I’ve moved up in the company fast and have worked very hard to get there. I feel now I am stagnant and won’t see any movement for a few more years. My direct superior is very understanding but tends to not move people up that are deserving because he doesn’t want to loose said person (me)."

"Power Home Remodeling is a fantastic company. The type of culture and environment they promote instills success in their employees. It's not just a place to work, but a second home. Many of my former coworkers I consider as family. The culture is warm and welcoming, and because of this, every morning walking into the office was an absolute pleasure. Regardless, if you work with them for years, or only temporarily, the skills and expertise you get from them will last you a lifetime. Nothing but the best things to say about Power. Like I mentioned previously, fantastic company."

"It has been almost a year and a half since I started with Power and I can say it's been the happiest I've been in years.
