What do you like about working at Potawatomi Bingo Casino?

"The work itself, and learning about the gaming industry. Meeting good people with whom to work, for whom to work, and some great guests. I also like that they PBC is committed to keeping its team members with it for a long time by getting them to feel important part of its growth by having events to show appreciation for its members. I also like that it's determined to stay competitive in the industry by bringing in latest technologies."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep an open mind."

What don't you like about working at Potawatomi Bingo Casino?

"What I don't like is when some team members refuse to get on board with what the casino is trying to accomplish. Some team members can be against PBC changing with the times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest for management to be very selective and bring in people who will go along with trying to help PBC look good. I would like management to make sure that management, supervisors, and team members are on board together and work well with each other, and be nice, not act irritated, to each other."
