"I enjoyed the atmosphere and Clients. Being able to discuss what was needed and produce something each client wanted was fulfilling and rewarding."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure that the career is what you love to do, and not to apply just because you need money. There are no benefits and the job can be exhausting at times."

What don't you like about working at PostNet?

"There was no room for growth within the company and because of this, I was pushed out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Having more benefits. Something as simple as health insurance would be great."

"I liked making clients happy with the design work I was doing. Each one always seemed blown away."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run away fast. There are better opportunities else where for sure."

What don't you like about working at PostNet?

"Pretty much everything outside of client liaison and designing / production was a god awful experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I really wish they wouldn't just let anyone open a PostNet. They had no business background and clearly thought sitting in front of a computer not selling to clients was more important."

What do you like about working at PostNet?

"I love working with the Franchisees. The project scope is highly focused on print materials, but often enough, I get a great new project that gives me a good challenge. I also enjoy the people I work with. Coming from the freelance world, it gave me the opportunity to transition into working in-house and the stability I was seeking."

What don't you like about working at PostNet?

"Our company is very small with a total of 30 people. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a new career challenge or new career opportunities, you have to look outside the company."
