"You need to be pretty independent and very IT savvy."
What don't you like about working at POSitive Technology?
"Lack of growth, narrow product focus. Sales are too heavily commission based. Reps don't get paid until a month after the company gets paid - we have to do our own calls to get invoices paid - which creates a hostile relationship (sometimes) with our customers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need better accountability on techs and delivery. There is a great divide between the sales dept and the tech dept - and tech management is arrogant (not at the very top though). You learn to live with it, but it could be much better."
