"There is no freedom. Corporate controls everything, how to shoot, how to sell, how to answer the phone. memorize scripts, improve your already high sales average..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would pay a lot more attention to lower level employees. They're the ones making the money and deserve to have a voice."
