"Relationships tend to be strongly valued. Try to build a strong rapport with the interviewing manager and demonstrate your interpersonal skills. Be prepared to adapt often to changes in goals and strategies."
What don't you like about working at De Lage Landen?
"Lack of efficiency due to weak SOPs, poor communication, and conflicting departmental goals. Too much focus on individual achievement at the detriment of the group."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Establish standard operating procedures to improve efficiencies. Focus the corporate culture more on collectivism and less on individualism; allow line managers more authority to govern their respective departments. Encourage more cross-departmental cooperation."
