"I love helping people. This is not an easy industry, and frankly, we are the mean HOA people, sending letters of violation and warnings. This is our job. We get the upset owners who want to vent and it is up to us to turn them around and help them understand why we do it, and that they are not being singled out. I love nothing better than an angry homeowner who ends the conversation with a thank you. That is the best."
