"I started at Poms right out of college as a Staff Accountant. I was given guidance and the ability to grow professionally and was promoted many times. As a young woman (I graduated from college at age 19) these are opportunities that may not have been provided in a different company culture. I worked on a great team that held everyone accountable and helped each person grow professionally. The company went through a lot of changes while I was there and it has worked hard to set itself up for long-term success. The departments can be siloed, but there is an active effort to break the silos down. All the hard work and dedication has the company moving in the right direction. Keep up the good work!"
