"Establish better relationships with employees. Co-workers talk poorly of management"

"Quit treating the employees like statistics, they are people. Allow bathroom breaks, where I worked we were told we couldn't go to the bathroom without getting on the break list and the break list was often occupied by management or friends of management."

"Mr Lee Harris Pomeroy is a gentlemen with all the staff. They gave me an opportunity,like others inmigrants.Was a very peacefully place to work.Every week we have one hour of learning about different construction materials."
