"Quit treating the employees like statistics, they are people. Allow bathroom breaks, where I worked we were told we couldn't go to the bathroom without getting on the break list and the break list was often occupied by management or friends of management."

"They were very good about working around my school schedule. I worked 24 hours on the weekend and then had 3 days off during the week."

"Yearly review, ask how we are once in a while, don't have 6 managers in 3 years."
