What do you like about working at Pomeroy?

"Mr Lee Harris Pomeroy is a gentlemen with all the staff. They gave me an opportunity,like others inmigrants.Was a very peacefully place to work.Every week we have one hour of learning about different construction materials."

What don't you like about working at Pomeroy?

"That they could not maintain the staff,because they could not close some contracts and keep giving us work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I always thought that the relation win-win is the best to have communication,and good enviroment at work"
