Lead Developer

"Polyremedy gave me amazing experience out of college, but now the company is sinking"

What do you like about working at PolyRemedy?

"Amazingly promising technology, (past) opportunity to be involved at all levels of the company, has given me an amazing amount of responsibility for a new college grad and allowed me to succeed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"There is a hiring freeze so this isn't applicable."

What don't you like about working at PolyRemedy?

"The original team is gone, the founder was forced out, repeated layoffs and management shakeups, current manager doesn't understand software development, lackluster business plan, no performance review, wage hike freeze that dragged on for years even after second stage funding was secured, low investor confidence"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am really not sure, I feel really disconnected from the management at this point - the managers that I liked and respected are now gone, for political reasons, not performance ones and the new ones don't seem to respect the critical engineers that are still here."
