"Everyone is quite friendly. It's definitely an inviting community. Can be fun."

"It really is a fantastic place to work. It's a welcoming community. My only real problem is that there's nowhere to go from my position."

What don't you like about working at Marian University?

"Some faculty and staff just up and disappear and no one knows why. It makes you wonder what they got fired for, and doesn't make your job feel all that secure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not a whole lot. There's some pretty great leadership there. Sometimes I wonder about the high turnover rate of employees though."

"Be open minded, and compassionate. Try to understand that you are the link to the person on the other end of the line or radio."

"The hours were not family friendly, and the time away from my children was hard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I do not have any suggestions for management. They offered all the training that was required and needed."
