"I have worked for Pole to Win for 2 years now. In my time at this company I have seen management show little regard for employees or for the clients that we provide service to. The only saving grace of this company are the individuals who work from the bottom to keep the whole operation afloat. If not for the dedication of the employees the aimless direction of management would have doomed the company long ago."
