"I have been working remotely from Phoenix, Az for over a year now. I am getting a little tired of that."

"Always be honest with you employees."

What do you like about working at PMSI?

"It was a great company at one time from 1994 to 2007. It was growing and the relationships that we had with external customer was wonderful. They were are partners not just customers. The PBM industry is very complex, at the time we National Account Rep. new how to built relationships and the word we had the acknowledge as well."

"Hope they can make a differenceThank you"

What don't you like about working at PMSI?

"Until a new VP came into organization and felt that relationships was not important. Started to dismantle our sales forces. It hurt PMSI/Tmesys in every fashion loss of National accounts. Just remember at one time they were the leaders in the industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If the same management is still there be kind and escort them out the door. They have damage a great company in many ways."

"Offer some benefits"

"Hostile work environment. Management is consistently undermined."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Only if you really need the money. Keep your mouth shut, make friends with the middle managers. Though they are extremely incompetent, they are only there because they have been friends with the owners for a long time.. They're big on benefits. The benefits are good."

What don't you like about working at PMSI?

"The owner's right-hand man was caught selling social security numbers out the back-door years ago and went unpunished. He has been to jail for violating restraining orders against others only to be bailed out by the owners and protected from his supervisor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management has no authority at this company, they are consistently undermined and they know it. Senior managers are afraid of middle-managers. Anti-white sentiment is rampant."

"honesty, gets the work done"

"some formens try to make the job hard"
