"I worked for PLS for 3 years. Other than the relationships I built with peers, there is nothing positive about the experience with PLS. It is a culture that encourages favoritism. Promotions are based on "How you can answer everyone's question with a yes" and make the senior leadership feel they are the best in the industry, when in fact they are delusional and one of the worst leadership groups in any industry."
