"After showcasing my skills, PLS offered me growth opportunities every few years. The past 5 years have been truly special with lots of hands on experience with industry leading technologies. Management was stellar and infused with many sharp minded leaders. The continuation of stacking skills will be my priority alongside with helping a great company achieve more."

"I worked for PLS for 3 years. Other than the relationships I built with peers, there is nothing positive about the experience with PLS. It is a culture that encourages favoritism. Promotions are based on "How you can answer everyone's question with a yes" and make the senior leadership feel they are the best in the industry, when in fact they are delusional and one of the worst leadership groups in any industry."
"I worked for PLS since 2012. They are an ok company. However, they are following behind in competition and technology. For a company in the Check Encashment industry the need to be able to do debit transactions better for more products. The company is not very nimble because issues with communicating top decisions to the actor that will perform the decisions. For example, management team decides to deploy a new feature to their program. The store would not hear of the new feature."
"I've worked for PLS Check Cashers of NY since 2007. While working with the management team, I've learned about banking laws as well as anti-terrorist prevention. It's a great place to start a career."
