4.3Plexus gave me the opportunity to apply my knowledge and develop my personal and professional skills within a challenging but excellent work environment. I am extremely grateful for everything the company has given me. The only reason I am considering other opportunities is because the company is facing a difficult situation, there has been already a general layoff and it is possible that the company might need to do it again.
2.4I worked for Plexus for 5 years. In that time I had no vacations and worked 60 to 80 hours a week on average. They do not value their employees. They were retaliatory toward any employee that was vocal about their harsh treatment of the employees.
4.4I interned for one summer in 2019 and it was a great place to figure out what you like as you work with a lot of different teams of different departments (mechanical, software, etc.). Be prepared to be thrown on a project and just run with it. There is a lot of resources and knowledge to help you around the sites, it's just knowing who to ask.
