"Empty promises, empty promises, empty promises! You are promised high commissions to justify near minimum wage pay but it does not happen! After 2.5 years of near minimum wage pay, I finally realized that all the promises of high commissions are not really possible due to outdated reservations system, time consuming and inefficient procedures and being limited by how many calls one can take in a day. Not to mention low commission rates and high minimum booking requirements."
