"Bring your own personality to the table, there are a lot of people looking for jobs right now and they might all look the same on paper, make sure you show how badly you want to work there."

"There is a lot of work to do, and probably not enough employees to do it all"

"Expand the staff, and things will only get better! Get all the employees on the same page, have more meetings to keep everyone informed."
