"I joined Plastikon in September 2017. Since then I have help my team introduce new projects that deal with complicated assemblies and second operations. I am in charge development of each assembly line for the Healthcare group. Basically, I create a layout and develop processes to assure quality and happy customers. I worked with a team of about 12 people and supervise about 20 people in a clean room environment."
