"We have lost funding and will be closing operations in next few month."

"Automotive. KNow that advancement will be promised but saw very few people promoted."

"No vision. Sr Management does not try to help those underneath. Large turnover"

"Pay attention to those coming up. Put mentors in place"

"They recognized my talent. I worked very closely with the President of the company. I was able to get his buy in to implement drug and alcohol policy to improve working conditions as well as Lean Six Sigma to improve not only the work area, but also to improve quality and eliminate waste."

"Be yourself, be prepared, understand what the company needs are, research the company to see whether it a kind of company you would like to work for."
What don't you like about working at Durastill?
"They are in survival mode because of the difficult economic situation."

"Work as a team. Communicate at a high level to keep everybody informed about your goals and what you are trying to achieve above and beyond what the customer expectations are."

"The personnel or employees are interested in making whatever changes are needed to help make NAC a better company."

"Do your homework and be very careful of what you are told at your interview."

"Even though the ownership spoke about the changes that they were willing to make during my interview, they have been the one element that is resistant to the changes needed to make NAC a more profitable company."
