"Fast paced, challenging, tons of overtime, large variety of new and old technology."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get desired pay at start. Union only gives increase of 21 cents every July."
What don't you like about working at International Paper?
"The plant has a gloomy, dungeon atmosphere. Extremely humid year round with temperatures that exceed 100 degrees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give employees the needed rest and time off. Cooling employees down on those 105+ degree months will increase production and reduce downtime."

"It was a large facility with a small shop feel. Voluntary overtime on weekends was available."

"There were a lot of partiers working there making for an unsafe work environment."
