"I've worked at PlanSource for close to 4 years. It has been a steady growing company, therefore it has growing pains. When I first came in it was as an EDI analyst, after a year I became a technical analyst responsible for working with development to create necessary features, and enhancements to the system. For almost two years, I've now been an Agile Product Owner and gained certification this year because of my awesome leaders. PlanSource has an amazing environment, amazing people, and I'm confident it's product will go farther than it currently is. My one issue with it is the lack of compensation growth. Newer employees make a quarter to a third more than I currently make in the same position."
