"Good company but it just was not the right fit For me"
"I'VE WORKED AT PLANET HOME LENDING FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND ITS BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE . FLEXIBILITY AND NICE PEOPLE."
"Good company good variety of resources and opportunities"
"Planet Home Lending is good to get your feet wet in the mortgage business. Learning all different types of loans whether it’s an FHA or VA loan. As for management, my experience was that they were in so many meetings you never saw them. It took longer to get manager/executive approvals for important tasks. This was very frustrating for the team."
"Planet is a growth company that is doing a great job positioning itself as a competitor in a crowded and volatile market. Folks who can work independently, are nimble and responsive can do well here."
"Planet Home Lending (PHL) is a rapidly growing firm that has top-tier talent in its upper management ranks. The work atmosphere is fine but compensation and benefits are far below market averages. Upper management is unwilling to listen to its employees and while it may seem open to new ideas, it is stuck in doing business the old-fashioned way. This is not an opportune company for a young college graduate or professional to begin their career at."
"Very bad communication of changes to guidelines and company policies."
