"Typical small govt contractor. Not bad but it's not the company which makes the job worthwhile; it's the people you work with who make the difference. Healthcare benefits are rather expensive. Site manager gets a lot of undeserved flack from employees who've just transitioned out of the military and still have no idea what the real world is like. Biggest pro: flexibility (why I took the job at a considerable pay decrease). Cons: sometimes what the company wants conflicts with what the military wants."
