"When I was working there it was fantastic, it has since turned into a horrible place to work."

What do you like about working at Pizza Hut?

"Back when I was there 4 years ago it was my favorite place to be. But the upper management turned a blind eye to some shady happenings throughout the company and have since sold the franchise back to corporate. From what I hear now it is not anything like it used to be."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Try to convey strong customer service and work ethic. They like to hire management from within, but they tend to be open to on site developmental training for outside or new managers as well, depending on the person's abilities."

What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?

"The pay is dismal, from the cooks/servers to the top store managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure you are able to have an open schedule, don't mind staying past scheduled time, and can hop into any role. A very hands on management position."
