"Again this job was great because of the people. I was sad to leave."

"It may get super busy some nights so just keep your cool and get the job done. Then you have a job."

What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?

"Only growth would have been to become a manager but I preferred to be a cook. Though I was offered several times, which is why they let me be a cleaning manager instead. So not really a bad thing depending on how you look at it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing, it was just a job where you make pizza. As long as you have a staff that does their job well then there if really nothing a manager needs to do besides inventory and paperwork. My boss was great and she was great at her job."

"A job with schedule flexibility. Evening and weekend hours. Clearly defined duties."

"It is only a slow growth company, not a rapid career development tract."

What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?

"Strong brand recognition, unbelievable growth potential and no marketing program except T.V."

"Develop market penetration in the residential apartment, commercial/industrial business and educational markets."

"I was able to drive around and be outside. I was also given the opportunity to lead a couple of shifts and grow leadership skills."

"Always work hard and have a positive attitude. Be accepting of change."

"The pay was very low and the wear and tear on my car was bad."

"Allow your teams to do the jobs they were hired for."

"I love the atmosphere we create there. We are all genuinely happy to be there, all the time. I love my work and I can create my own schedule. I can also move up the management chain if I desired too."

"As long as you're willing to work hard and long, this is a great place for you."

"The rules change quite a bit, with no warning. The compensation should be a bit more also."

"Servers should make more than $2.13 an hour and rules should be set in stone."
