"The company Pirelli is a whole school for vocational training due to the very highest standards of excellence. Only the best, it looked like they said rules. By having the good fortune to work in the larger project being carried out, over seven million dollars under my main responsibility was in sight of Directors of the Corporation and was presisamente them the best compliments to conclude the project successfully. The best thing is to know that kicks my potential and develops it to the fullest. The objective of the project in a year was to increase production capacity to record highs, and it succeeds."

"That the company prefers to give more budget to other areas instead of safety or security to comply with the regulations or rules."

"Be more patient and have a lot of documents (procedures, training programs completed, etc.) to support and comply any audit."

"they are now located in North Carolina which would make for a long comute"

"limited advancement opportunities, almost no skills training offered, and they closed the plant"

"none since the plant is closed now however the changes that were made was showing signs that they were working"

"I worked with a few teams of very smart and friendly people. I was part of a team of product testers who had the opertunity to test and compare our products to the competition."

"Every company meeting we were told how much money we lost and how much we needed to borrow to stay open"

"Stop giving quarterly bonuses that exceed our quarterly losses"
