1.9Incompetent leadership team works by imposing multiple stretch goals on the same people, then yelling at people in weekly meetings when they can’t deliver.
Succeeding at this site means you need to be charming and well liked. Upper management is completely open to listening to gossip and character assassination, readily willing to believe it with no effort at follow up investigation to discover the facts.
The VP of quality makes snap business decisions, promising potential clients things which the site is not capable of, then blames others when the site can’t deliver.
Leadership provides no guidance or training, calls in contractors to do jobs which, more often than not, the contractors fail to complete due to the same lack of support from the people who brought them here.
2.1Management isn't there for people. People leave because upper management (specifically directors) treat them badly, then the directors turn around and ask the ones who are still around to work harder, longer in order to keep up.
Management has no loyalty to the people who are at the company, no appreciation for them. All management does is accuse people of lying when they say they can't get something done because there aren't enough people.
The company is getting such bad reviews online, no one wants to work at that location, so they have resorted to trickery. Instead of posting jobs under Piramal Pharma Solutions, They have started posting jobs for the site under Piramal Glass - another Piramal owned company.
The GM made a lot of pretty promises awhile back, but they have yet to come true. When I tried to share the daily "vision" with my crew, they get angry at the repeated big ask. You don't work people like this 24/7 - every goal can't be the most important goal. Upper management should pick 2 or 3 and just focus on those. I'm surprised something so simple can't get through to leadership. Instead they manage in grim desperation, running all who work at that site into the ground.
2.5Very poor management, hustle environment. It is not how good you are but who you know, a lot of favoritism, raciest management. unfair and corrupted management. It is not good company to work for.
