"My tip to someone that would like to work for Pioneer, is to have a mind set that you'd be joining a company that prides itself in customer service. If you're dedicated in putting the customer first, then Pioneer would be the job for them."

"My 19 years with Pioneer were great, I enjoyed al 19 years 2 months."

"Management were always willing to hear the ideas of their employees, and they met with us employees on a regular basis to share the mission and vision of the company. Although I'm sure that management was'nt perfect my tenure with the company was great."

"The culture was difficult to work with. We were Americans doing the work and Japanese making the decisions and the two didn't mesh well."

"Executive management needed to hire those that were better in tune with the American culture and could speak the language better. They were trying to maintain a Japanese company in America."
