"I had been with Pilgrim's for 16 years. They had provided me many opportunities for advancement over the years and I had mostly worked with a knowledgeable and caring team. The company has been driving more people first initiatives but it has still not been driven deep enough into the organization. The turnover rates for this company are very high upwards of 100% and greater for some business units."

"It is one of the better paying companies for this area."

"They expect a generous amount of hard work and hours from employees for below standard pay."

"The CEO and Board of Directors aren't very realistic when it comes to production and quality. They want a level of production that sacrifice quality to meet it."

"I would interact more with the employees, and offer train to help them do their job more efficiently."
