"They expect a generous amount of hard work from you for minimal pay. Family and school is not taken into account, so you have to plan those things around your work schedule."

"The CEO and board of directors are unrealistic when it comes to quality and production. They want a level of production that sacrifices quality to meet it."

"If I were the CEO I would try to interact more with the employees. I would also offer training to help employees work together and perform their jobs more efficiently."
