"I worked at Pilgrim for over 2 years, although the technology is not so cutting edge but the solutions are providing value to customers. Most of the code are at least 5 years and have not been updated but works for the purpose it is built. There are usability and performance issues. The management has very good challenges ahead to improve the company and by the programs they have been starting I think it is in a good direction. It is moving slowly but at a more calculated pace."
