2.7 I worked at Pike Engineering for slightly over two years. The work itself is an interesting challenge. Every project you take on is different and that varying challenge is quite enjoyable. The scope of some of the projects are incredibly large and involve a large amount of coordination. Pike Engineering upper management struggles with leadership and putting the employees first, but the direct supervisors and co-workers and great.

3.2 Pike Engineering is a fine place to work. The primary issue with employment is not the company, but our prime customer. We are the number one contractor to Xcel energy. They hold the monopoly in energy within Colorado. Many of their processes leave us starting jobs with customers, who are already disappointed with the inefficiency of how Xcel operates. The challenge of the job is turning this tide. It's very satisfying to be able to curate a happy customer.

3.1 I've worked for Pike Engineering for 2 years. It was my first job out of college. This company and opportunity is a fantastic beginning job teaching new grads to be professional. One thing that made me look for other opportunities is that there is very little growth opportunities within the company.
