"I have no idea how much the pay rates are from other companies. Pike is the largest contractor and are continually buying out lesser companies. So , the pay doesn't have much competition to compare too. I reckon the powers to be, do what is best for their stock holders. I just wished the management could comprehend the dynamics of being a "Pike Field Mechanic", then and only then a fair pay rate could be achieved."
