"Good people work with and bosses that took the time to know their employees. Fast growth for me from helper to safety supervisor."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look at the starting pay. You will have to buy your own epuitment and there will be traveling during storms and were work is needed. They also do not pay for hotels while out of town working."

What don't you like about working at Pike Electric, Inc.?

"Old, wore out and unsafe equiptment and pratices. Lack of training. They no longer pay for hotel rooms will working out of town."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better training programs for personal. Better upgraded equiptment. Bonuses for top safety crews. Bring back hotel and food per-diem while out of town."
